ROE = Rules of engagement It is a way of teling you, you are dooing somthing wrong If you shoot a team member (on purpose or not) you will resive minus point If you do it too early in the game or you do it too often you will get thrown in jail If you do bad, please apologise, so we all can see that you did not intent too If some one gets in front of you, so you accidently shoots him please dont get abusive you maight do the same later or in another game Basically go for you frag rate ROE will happen there are nothing you can do about it
